The Ministry of Health and Social Services says there has been a rise in cases of bad behaviour and bad attitude displayed by some of its staff. It maintains though that its successes over the years outweigh any of its challenges still faced. Executive Director Ben Nangombe said this at the Windhoek Central Hospital’s Open Day, which offered a platform for the hospital’s staff to engage with the public on its services offered there.
