A captain of a fishing vessel who appeared in the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court on charges of illegal dumping of fish as well as catching fish in a restricted area of the Namibian waters has been granted bail of N$100 000. The Russian national was arrested immediately after the boat arrived in the Namibian waters at Walvis Bay.
