70% of the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture’s annual budget goes to salaries, and only the remaining 30% goes to school infrastructure development and learning materials. A meeting between education stakeholders through the Finnish-Namibia cooperations held a one-day workshop to look at how the money disbursed for the Ministry of Education can be used to achieve the best results and to share best practices.
