The Electoral Commission of Namibia’s Chief Electoral and Referenda Officer, Theo Mujoro has reminded parties contesting the upcoming elections, to abide by the code of conduct whether they have signed it or not. The code of conduct sets out rules on how political parties should behave themselves during election campaigns.
