Independent Candidate Dr Panduleni Iitula has called on Namibians to vote for him if they want change. Speaking at a rally held at Helao Nafidi in the Ohangwena Region, Dr Iitula says he decided to campaign throughout the country to consult with the masses and hear their needs and challenges.
