The 40th General conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) is underway in the French capital Paris. The annual meeting maps out the future multilateral cooperation among member states, determining the policies of the organisation and set the programmes and the budget of UNESCO. Namibian delegation is led by Higher Education, Training and Innovation Minister, Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi.
