The Ministry of Works and Transport says motorists should stop blaming road infrastructure for car crashes. The Director of Transport Policy and Regulation in the ministry Cedric Limbo says Namibia’s road infrastructure is among the best in Africa and and road users only need to obey traffic rules and regulations.
