Mourners and sympathizers gathered at the home of the late Otjiwarongo constituency councillor Julius Neumbo, who died in a car accident. The accident happened between 08h00 and 09h00 this morning, about 40 kilometres south of Otjiwarongo, on the road to Okahandja.
