The Namibia Seamen and Allied Workers Union (NASAWU) is calling for a less time consuming alternative to the current method of labour dispute resolution. The call was made by the union president Paulus Hango at a media conference, where he briefed journalists on different agreements reached between the union and various companies. The agreements are aimed at improving the working conditions of those employed in the fishing industry.
