Chinese businessman Jack Huang was arrested in Angola, Luanda, together with Chinese nationals on suspicion of counterfeiting money. Journal de Angola reported that the arrests followed after a young man, a housekeeping assistant, at Hua Dragão, the largest Chinese shopping centre in Angola, was arrested earlier this month after attempting to make purchases in a market in the Urban Inn District, municipality of Viana.
