Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Tjekero Tweya has dismissed a report which argues that access to information in Namibia is in shambles. A report by the Institute of Public Policy and Research (IPPR) titled ‘Access Denied’ published in 2017, claims that of the 20 ministries it sought information from on various programmes, only five responded.
