The Citizen Satisfaction Survey has rated the Namibian Police at 54% which is relatively poor according to the standard of rating used. The survey was conducted by the Office of the Prime Minister in conjunction with the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). The aim was determining citizens’ views on public service delivery.
