The 12 Motorised Infantry Brigade, at Keetmanshoop in the //Karas Region, held a change of command ceremony at the Dr Hendrik Witbooi army base, in style. Brigadier General Epimacus Tshipingana Tshavuka, handed over power to Brigadier General Eusebius Kashindi Kashindi.
