President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa is expected to arrive in Namibia on Friday to pay a courtesy call on his counterpart, President Hage Geingob. This will be Ramaphosa’s first visit out of South Africa since assuming the presidency of his country. Namibia, is part of the three-nation tour that will also take him to Angola and Botswana. Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation, Selma Ashipala-Musavyi joins us the NBC news studio.
