A spiritual counselling consultant in the Ministry of Veteran Affairs says liberation fighters are in need of more healing, over war trauma they suffered. Reverend Tshapaka Kapolo made the remark during a tent donation handover to the liberation struggle veterans by Finland’s Lutheran Parishes, in Windhoek this week.
