The Ministry of Health and Social Services has sent a stern warning to public health facilities segregating HIV services. The caution comes after it was reported that several public health facilities at Walvis Bay and Swakopmund are propagating HIV stigma and discrimination, by isolating services offered to patients. In 2015, the Health and Social Services Ministry gave a directive to all public health facilities to integrate HIV services with all other services offered.
