Deputy Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Ester Anna Nghipondoka officially inaugurated the Karasburg Learning Village on Wednesday. She said recent statistics indicate that 99,1% of young people between the ages of 15 and 24 years in the //Karas Region are considered literate. But this, according to Nghipondoka, is not reason enough to be content, as no child should feel left out – not even one.
