Although Kunene Region ranks lowest in reported cases of Tuberculosis, the regional health directorate is still concerned that men are reluctant to get tested for both TB and HIV. This concern was shared by the Primary Health Care Coordinator, during a belated TB commemoration day at Outjo, in the Kunene Region. According to Amunyela, 292 cases were reported in the region in 2017, of which 73 were treated at Outjo.
