The Uukwangali Traditional Authority has warned people who were allocated land, under its jurisdiction, to develop it or risk losing the land rights. Once allocated development of the land should be within three years. Chief Eugene Siwombe emphasised that undeveloped land deny opportunity to those with the capacity to utilise it productively.
