The City of Windhoek held a community meeting at Mix settlement on Saturday to address complaints laid by residents there. City of Windhoek Councillor, Immanuel Paulus says all complaints raised are being addressed and assured residents that the city is conducting an environmental assessment to construct a water reservoir.
