The Minister of Works and Transport says priorities will determine which roads are to be constructed in each of the 14 regions of the country. John Mutorwa was answering questions on the need for constructing more feeder roads in the Kavango West Region, at Nkurenkuru, on Monday. The minister is on a national familiarisation tour to all regions.
