The African Union Commission will review mechanisms to compel member states to implement and pay the 0,2% levy to finance its development agenda. The Commission’s Chairperson, Moussa Faki Mahamat who is on a two-day official visit, says so far only 22 member states, including Namibia, have started contributing to the levy.
