There is a need for countries to invest in extensive water supply infrastructure to ensure industrialisation and economic development. Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Percy Misika made the remark during the 8th SADC River Basin Organisations Workshop in Windhoek.
