Windhoek residents in the informal settlements are looking forward to the upcoming National Clean-up Campaign slated for 25 May. A number of people NBC-news spoke to say they will ensure that the capital regains its status as the cleanest city in Africa. They added that the Clean-up Campaign could signal a start of a new chapter.
