Members of the National council have raised concerns about the way the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation is handling labour disputes in the country. They complained that most of the labour matters are brought to and handled by regional Councillors, despite this the ministry still employs labour Inspectors in the regions.
