In order for government to achieve part of its developmental goals, it needs to take cognizance of the importance of the informal economy. These were the sentiments of Michael Humavindu, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Industrialization and Enterprise Development shared during a public lecture on the formalisation of informal economy.
