Some Members of Parliament in the National Assembly want the conditions in the allocation of new fishing rights to be reviewed claiming that the previously marginalised and disadvantaged will not benefit. They argued that the conditions as announced by the Fisheries and Marine Resources Minister Bernard Esau would continue to benefit the current beneficiaries.
