The swearing-in of the Zambezi Regional Council Management Committee’s new members, failed to take place Yesterday (Tuesday) as scheduled. Journalists from diffirent media houses, as well as other invited guests, waited from nine in the Morning to twelve o’clock midday – in the council Chamber, for the swearing-in ceremony to start. Instead, the councilors held a meeting in the Governor’s boardroom, resolving there to postponed the ceremony.
