The Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry tabled the Seed and Seed Varieties Bill in the National Assembly to regulate the production of seed varieties in the country. Alphues !Naruseb said the proposed legislation will safeguard the quality and safety of crops to ensure good yields.
