High Court judge Hosea Angula has granted NUDO a right to issue notices of a motion seeking to declare the outcome of the recent disputed congress, null and void. The order was granted to the secretary-general Meundju Jahanika and deputy secretary-general Vetaruhe Kandorozu. If such interdict is granted Kandorozu’s faction will issue notices in newspapers, radio stations, and social media to restrain Team NUDO, led by Utjiua Muinjangue, to declare the May election null and void and will stop Muinjangue from conducting herself as party president, stop using NUDO assets, and vacate using the NUDO boardroom at the head office. Angula will hear arguments on the matter on 1 August, if there are any objections.
