Oshakati Town Council has completed the servicing of 270 erven in Extension 16. The council has invested N$70 million into the project of which N$50 million was sourced from the Development Bank of Namibia. Oshakati town council Chief Executive Officer Werner Iita says, despite financial constraints, the council was able to fully service the plots.
