Zimbabweans have returned to the city centre this morning as police and the army keep watch. Yesterday, three people died when demonstrations by supporters of the MDC Alliance turned violent. On a normal day, Harare CBD is busy with people doing business, but this morning the streets are relatively empty. Those shop owners who opened shop are doing so cautiously, only opening their doors to specific customers. With the Presidential election results expected to be announced today, more demonstrations could be seen.
