Emmerson Mnangagwa, Zimbabwe’s president-elect and leader of the ruling ZANU PF party, will be sworn to office on 12 August in Harare. On Tuesday afternoon, the foreign affairs ministry dispatched invites to foreign envoys and international organisations accredited to Zimbabwe.
