Almost a year after promises made, that the multi-million-dollar market at Kalkfeld settlement in Otjozondjupa Region would be opened to vendors, the site remains a ‘ghost market’, marked by empty spaces. The market was built in 2015 by the Namibia Development Corporation under the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
