Lack of finance and technological challenges hamper the implementation of Namibia’s National Determined Contribution towards mitigating climate change. The Deputy Minister of Environment and Tourism Bernadette Jagger says the country needs about N$400 billion to implement a range of climate change resilient activities before 2030.
