It is high time that technical vocational education and training (TVET) be considered not as competition but complementary to academic higher education. Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation Dr Becky Ndjoze-Ojo said this during the official launch of the Bank of Namibia’s 19th annual symposium.
