Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa has warned TransNamib’s board chairperson to refrain from the day-to-day operations of the company. This comes after Paul Smit wrote a warning letter of misconduct to the company’s chief executive officer Johny Smith. Board member Dantagos Jimmy-Melanie has also been reinstated.
