Graduates of the National Youth Council (NYC) leadership programme have been urged to encourage their peers to become progressive thinkers and uplift their communities. Speaking during the graduation ceremony, former student Jakob Hamutenya wants graduates to assist others to come up with business plans and viable projects to help alleviate poverty and not always staging demonstrations.
