Minister of Presidential Affairs Martin Andjaba says it should not matter what anyone’s job is but rather ensure excellent service delivery. In his maiden speech in the National Assembly, Ambassador Anjaba explains that both visitors and locals have had countless experiences of poor service delivery from private and public establishments.
