-The National Assembly signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. The agreement offers technical cooperation between the Namibian Parliament and that of Germany. The agreement includes developing supportive networks among civil society and youth organisations as well as their inclusion in building human capital projects
