The much anticipated N$190 million Peugeot assembly plant in Walvis Bay was dealt a blow when customs officials impounded its first consignment at the harbour. This was revealed by the Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development Tjekero Tweya who intervened in the matter.
