Although Namibia has made great strides in terms of gender parity more still must be done to have women represented in every sphere. In line with that goal, Leading Edge consultants have launched a book with inspiring lesson from Namibian women in authority, meant to help motivate others to take up leadership positions. The book named Follow her Lead, provides inspiring lessons from twenty Namibian women who were nominated by the Namibian public and selected by an external panel of judges to feature in the book.
