A 22-year-old man accused of murder, kidnapping and theft at Otjimbingwe appeared in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court today. Instead of appearing on the murder and kidnapping charges the police wanted to question him on, the suspect took the stand for a different case; dagga possession. This case was postponed to next month. Meanwhile, on the case of murder, the suspect is yet to be identified by the wife of the deceased before he can appear in court in the Erongo Region where the crime was committed.
