The Chief Executive Officer of Mariental Town Council, Paul Nghiwilepo is the latest witness to testify against former Hardap Governor Katrina Hanse-Himarwa in the ongoing corruption trial. Nghiwilepo says Hanse-Himarwa’s directly ordered them to remove names of people from a mass housing list and replace them with relatives of hers.
