Namibia’s National Assembly (NA) has adopted a motion to transform SADC Parliamentary Forum into a regional Parliament. Tabled by Swapo MP Sebastian Karupu, the proposed SADC Parliament is meant to fast-track enactment of laws agreed upon during the Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government.
