Judge Collins Parker has dismissed an urgent application by the suspended chief executive officer (CEO) of the City of Windhoek, Robert Kahimise, to have him reinstated. Kahimise was suspended earlier this month after he allegedly received an interest free study loan of N$170 000 without Council’s approval. Kahimise applied for financial assistance in February this year, and was granted a 50% refundable interest free study loan as well as special leave.
