Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila says Namibia is cementing its commitment towards gender equality. The Premier cited the implementation of a zebra style within SWAPO and the increase in women parliamentarians in both houses of Parliament as an example. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila said this when she address the meeting Secretaries of the Women’s Wings of the Former Liberation Movement in Southern Africa, currently under way in Windhoek.
