Top selling South African author Deon Meyer says state capture in South Africa is a central part of his latest book. Meyer launched his latest offering, ‘Prooi’, in Windhoek recently. ‘Prooi’, meaning victim, is out in Afrikaans but an English version will be available in mid-2019.
