Health and Social Service Minister Dr Bernard Haufiku believes if Namibia implements preventative strategies the HIV prevalence rate could be reduced and eventually end by 2030. Preventative measures include the popular ABC, short for abstain, be faithful and condomise as well as circumcision, are some of the successful ways to contain the further spread of the disease.
