The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal of a man who wants to sue several State agencies for his wrongful conviction. Deputy Chief Justice Petrus Damaseb says Pieter Visagie can sue Magistrate Elina Nandago, if it is found that she unfairly convicted and sentenced him.
